What We Offer
From initial consultation to final styling, our full-service approach guides your project every step of the way. We collaborate early with all members of the construction team, provide detailed proposals and design packages, manage procurement and documentation, as well as oversee installation of all pieces once we wrap up a project.

Our Custom Process

After filling out the client questionnaire, JRD will reach out to schedule a call and get to know you and your project. After this call, we have the information needed to deliver a customized project proposal and contract.

This is where we dive right in, really finding out your wants and needs for the space, what you love and how we can make it happen following both form and function. JRD pulls inspiration images that create a mood that is the baseline for the length of the project so everyone is on the same page. An in-person or virtual walk through is included in this step, as well as getting on board with the contractor if one has already been selected.
We work closely with the engineers, architects, and contractors to execute a preliminary project budget based on the approved design.

Once a concept has been agreed upon, JRD will move forward with the space plan as well as material, fixture, plumbing, furniture, and lighting selections for the project. 3d views are also an essential part of this step, so the client can get a clear vision of the final product before things are final.
A design meeting will show the client the vision for their space- followed up one revision.

Following the design phase, we work alongside the General Contractor to make sure the vision we all agreed upon comes to life. Whether this is in-person or remotely, a strong set of construction documents helps guide the team with a clear vision and includes all the design details approved by the client.
Following this, JRD will move forward with ordering any fixtures, accessories, and furniture as well as tracking the items and arranging their delivery at a local receiving warehouse.

We schedule a day(s) to have your furniture delivered and install all styling elements to complete and present your final design.
Then leave you and your beautiful space after taking many many photos! In addition to the install, JRD compiles a binder full of specs that were selected for the length of the project, and hands this over in addition to a cleaning guide for all materials throughout the house.
